The aspiring actor’s lawyer writes on Brian’s behalf, ‘Hayden’s death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed.’ The statement also includes a reminder that police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Brian and his brother, Zach, were with Hayden when she died Sunday following a suspected overdose.
