A 35-year-old Albany woman has been charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS after allegedly plotting to bomb the New York State Capitol and kill lawmakers. Federal authorities say she conducted surveillance of the building, pledged allegiance to the terror group and took possession of what she believed were an explosive device and handgun.
