Residential buildings, a medical facility and a children’s hospital were among sites damaged in an overnight Russian attack, with parts of the Ukrainian capital also left without power. The latest assault comes as Russia and Ukraine continue to exchange daily strikes. A drone also crashed in Romanian territory during Russia’s attack. Kiev’s mayor has asked for support from Ukraine’s allies.
