South Africa is repatriating the remains of 86 Namibians some of which were used in pseudo-scientific experiments to prove European race superiority. The ministers of arts and culture of both countries attended an official handing over ceremony in Cape Town on Wednesday. Vicky Stark was in Cape Town when it happened and has this report.
