Hayden Panettiere planned to spend her 37th birthday, Aug. 21, with her daughter, Kaya, a source tells ET. The actress, who died on Aug. 16 after an apparent drug overdose, wanted to fly to Germany, where the 11-year-old reportedly goes to school, and was ‘really looking forward to the trip.’
