Los Angeles City Council was pitched a truly bizarre solution to the city’s homelessness crisis: free “sexual relief clinics” for homeless people — paid for by taxpayers.
Councilmember Traci Park was having none of it.
Park blasted the proposal in a video posted to Instagram, calling it the latest installment of her “Things that would only happen in LA” series.
