A bride in the Philippines waded through waist-deep floodwater in her wedding gown to reach the altar at a flooded church as torrential rains inundated the province. Despite being urged to postpone, Liean Liza Chico and groom Gilbert Chico said they refused to let the deluge wash away their long-awaited nuptials.
