Norah O’Donnell reunited with longtime colleague Gayle King and Nate Burleson for her first day as a permanent third co-anchor of ‘CBS Mornings.’ O’Donnell originally joined ‘CBS This Morning’ in 2012, co-anchoring alongside King and Charlie Rose. She remained with the program through 2019, when she departed to become anchor and managing editor of ‘CBS Evening News.’ She spent nearly six years leading the evening broadcast before stepping down in 2025. Her return to the morning show comes as she expands her presence across the network: ’60 Minutes’ named O’Donnell a full-time correspondent, and she launched ‘Healthful,’ a weekly podcast focused on women’s health.
