    Kevin Reddington files motion to toss mistrial, acquit Lindsay Clancy

    Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, filed a motion Thursday to throw out last week’s mistrial and acquit Clancy. Clancy admitted to killing her three children, but pled not guilty to murder charges, arguing she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
