Protesters gathered outside the Israeli embassy in Bangkok on September 10 over land purchases by Israeli nationals and friction with local communities over tourist behaviour, accusing Israelis of circumventing foreign-ownership rules.
Locals said they were fed up with Israeli tourists acting entitled and turning parts of Thailand into closed-off spaces for Israelis who took part in Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.
