The IDF said it used more than 1,100 tons of explosives to demolish two Hezbollah tunnel systems beneath the Ali Taher Ridge in southern Lebanon. The tunnels, which stretched for more than 1.2 miles, reportedly contained Iranian-made rockets, missiles and drones, as well as firearms, anti-tank weapons, mines and other explosives. According to the IDF, the tunnels served as the ânerve centerâ of Hezbollahâs Badr regional division and were built over two decades with Iranian financing and planning.
