Russian attacks across Ukraine have killed 10 people and injured at least five in Odesa, while a train travelling to Warsaw was also hit near the Polish border. The strikes come as the US says it hopes to announce the next steps in peace talks within weeks. TRT World’s Victoria Innes reports.
