At least 21 people are dead after a heavily bombed seven-storey building sheltering displaced families collapsed in Gaza. Rescue teams are searching through the rubble with limited equipment, as Gaza’s Civil Defence warns that thousands of damaged buildings across the enclave are at risk of collapse.
