At at least 12 people have been killed and dozens of others are missing after a heavily damaged residential building collapsed in Gaza City. Palestinian civil defence teams are searching through the rubble for people believed to be trapped. The building had been damaged in an earlier Israeli bombardment but was housing displaced Palestinians when it came down. Local sources say more than 13 people have been injured.
