Iran’s Revolutionary Guard says it downed a US drone over Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz. It comes after Iranian state media reports that several explosions were heard around the same island. Shipping in the Strait has slowed down to a trickle again. Tracking data shows on Tuesday, only two ships entered the Strait and two left. Prior to the war transit averaged around 130 vessels per day. Some ships may be sailing through the waterway with their transponders turned off and they are therefore not counted
