The Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague delivered its verdict in the Thaci and others case on the 18th of September, bringing closure to a trial that began 26 years ago. Hashim Thaci was sentenced to 25 years in prison for war crimes he and his former associates committed in Kosovo.
