Russians have started voting in the country’s parliamentary election, kicking off a three-day vote that is expected to see President Vladimir Putin’s Russia United party retain its dominance. This is the first election since Moscow lauched its war against Ukraine five years ago. Over three days, voters will elect members of the State Duma, as well as officials in local elections.
