Their hopes seemed shattered. But then came Sunday. Luke 24:1 says, “But very early on Sunday morning…” Those words changed everything.
Throughout Scripture, we see it again and again: Joseph’s setbacks? BUT GOD. Peter’s prison? BUT GOD. Our sin and hopelessness? BUT GOD. And the greatest “BUT GOD” of all: Jesus died on the cross, BUT GOD raised Him from the dead!
God always has the last word. Your ending may become a new beginning.
