At least four people have been killed after Russia carried out massive strikes across Ukraine. These attacks hit industrial, military and energy facilities. Nearly 100,000 consumers in Chernihiv are without power. Some of the affected areas include Dnipro and the southeastern region of Dnipropetrovsk. Moscow has also hit vessels operating for the Ukrainian military.
