On NBA Today, Malika Andrews pays tribute to longtime Los Angeles Lakers public-address announcer Lawrence Tanter, who has died at age 76. Tanter spent more than four decades as the voice of the Lakers, dating back to the team’s Showtime era in the 1980s, before retiring in June.
