Gov. Kathy Hochul told New Yorkers that the worst is yet to come for the nor’easter. The governor told the state that they can expect up to six inches of rain on Long Island and in New York City over the next three days. The state’s worst flooding is expected during high tide this morning in parts of the city and out on Long Island, Hochul said.
