Russian drones were spotted in Ukraine’s capital of Kyiv on Sept. 30 as President Putin pivots his military power towards attacking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Russian officials said the overnight attack targeted a data center and several power plants. Ukrainian officials said the drone and missile attacks left at least four people dead.
