Are you facing a sudden, terrifying midnight in your life—a moment of unexpected crisis where your world is violently shaken and your security crumbles? This class is your invitation to experience radical spiritual transformation and unshakeable hope by discovering the absolute simplest, most direct formula for salvation in the entire New Testament, delivered in the midst of a pitch-black emergency: "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ".
We will stand together in the dark, damp ruins of the Philippian prison and watch an earthquake rock the ground. We will see Paul and Silas, their bodies beaten, lacerated, and painfully distended in heavy wooden stocks. Yet, instead of cursing their captors or screaming in despair, they are singing praises to God! Their supernatural joy in suffering so thoroughly disarms their suicidal, panicked Roman jailer that he falls at their feet, desperately asking how to be saved.
Through this course, you will learn that true belief is not an intellectual assent to a list of doctrines; it is a life-saving, anchor-casting trust in the living Person of Jesus Christ during your deepest crisis. You will discover what it means to heed God’s Word from a freshly opened heart.
No matter how dark your current night may feel, the Lord is right there, ready to break your chains and bring beautiful, healing light into your life. Pull up a chair to our study table today, let the Holy Spirit dynamically revitalize your walk, and anchor your soul in this unshakeable hope!
