Russia has warned in a letter that it could use nuclear weapons to defend Kaliningrad, if NATO takes steps to cut off the exclave. Kaliningrad is a small Russian territory located between Poland and Lithuania. The warning comes as the region sees a growing military build-up both among NATO members and Russia.
