Russia has denied imposing quarantine measures after a lab worker at a Siberian plague research institute reportedly died of the disease. Moscow has told the World Health Organisation that it’s recorded no cases of the contagious, and potentially fatal illness. The incident has sparked public health fears on social media, but authorities insist the situation is under control.
