Opposition lawmakers have taken to the streets, accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government of benefiting from the alleged irregularities and demanding the resignation of the country’s election chief. The youth-led Cockroach Janta Party has also called for major protests in the capital on Saturday.
