An ICE agent shot and injured a Dominican man inside an SUV in New York City yesterday while a young child was inside the vehicle. City officials said the ICE agent fired multiple rounds through the front windshield of the man’s SUV, and that a five-year-old child, believed to be the man’s son, was in the back seat. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said the child was believed to be physically unharmed and is now calling for ICE officers to leave the city. The Morning Joe panel discusses this latest ICE shooting and its fallout.
