CCTV footage captured a man narrowly escaping a Russian drone strike in Sviatopetrivske, near Kyiv, as a huge explosion erupted just moments after he walked past a kindergarten. The blast sent debris and smoke flying into the air, while the attack damaged the kindergarten and an adjacent playground, according to regional officials.
