Sean "Diddy" Combs’ team is addressing the headlines. Following a TMZ report that the "Bad Boy For Life" rapper—who is currently serving time for prostitution-related charges at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey—had been transferred out of federal prison to a local hospital Oct. 10 due to a non-life-threatening head injury, his inner circle confirmed they’re looking into the matter. "We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances," Combs’ rep said in a statement given to E! News Oct. 12. "Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out." The 56-year-old, who began his prison sentence at Fort Dix in Oct. 2025, recently had his release date pushed back from Jan. 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028, according to Bureau of Prisons (BOP) records viewed by E!
