Vice President JD Vance is facing criticism for comments he made on the campaign trail in Texas yesterday implying that Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico is gay and obsessed with transgender children, including a tasteless remark about Talarico’s "internet search history." Vance doubled down on the comments when asked to explain the accusation, acknowledging that he had no knowledge of Talarico’s actual internet activity and saying he was "just guessing." The Morning Joe panel discusses Vance’s comments as Republican leaders campaign in red states amid polls showing the midterms tightening.
