At least four Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza on Wednesday, including in Khan Younis and Gaza City. Residents rescued a four-year-old girl injured in one of the attacks. More than 1,500 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli troops in Gaza since a ceasefire was announced last October.
