The Angel Reese effect is real! Just like college, a new change of scenery has put her in the mix of winning a title here in the WNBA with the Atlanta Dream. However, she has a team around her with plenty of players that make it hard to just focus on her.
Rhyne Howard has been consistent with her two-way play. Allisha Gray has been the Dream’s leading scorer all year, but her status for the Finals remains TBD. Not to worry because Jordin Canada has stepped her play up. And last but not least, did we mention Atlanta is 10-0 since acquiring DeWanna Bonner?
Karl Smesko has made sure the Dream have jelled and answered the bell every step of the way during his second year as the team’s head coach. Dream sideline reporter Autumn Johnson joins Chiney Ogwumike to talk about everything including what the Dream need to do to win the team’s first-ever championship.
