Billy Joel reveals he can no longer drive amid his battle with a rare brain disorder, normal pressure hydrocephalus. Just one month after revealing he underwent brain surgery, Billy tells ‘The Hollywood Reporter’ doctors will ‘have to test me further to see if I can go back and [perform] again.’ He adds, ‘The neurologist told me, every time you do a show, it’s like you’re getting a concussion.’
