Collin Gosselin wants to set the record straight. The ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ alum appeared on ‘The View’ Oct. 22 to discuss his memoir, ‘In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood,’ and gave his take on his sister Hannah Gosselin’s recent statement saying they haven’t been in touch. Gosselin said on the episode, "I’ve seen Hannah many times in the past year. Me, myself, my father at our house. I have pictures if you want to see them." He continued, "What I do believe has happened is that Hannah’s caught in the middle, and nobody deserves it. I know what it’s like to feel like you have to fight to have a relationship with your siblings. I don’t have one with my siblings, and I know how much that hurts." Gosselin also stated that he believes their mother, Kate Gosselin, is manipulating the situation, telling the ‘View’ panel, "Not only is she caught in the middle, but I do believe my mom is either leveraging finances or my or Hannah’s relationship with our siblings over Hannah.” E! News has reached out to Kate Gosselin – whom Collin has accused of emotional and physical abuse in the book – for comment on his statements on ‘The View’ but hasn’t heard back.
