Brandi Glanville is still getting to the bottom of her facial disfigurement. And this time, she’s taking a quite literal approach. Following a years-long battle with a mystery ailment affecting her physical appearance, The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ alum revealed she is undergoing surgery that will hopefully help diagnose her ongoing health issues. "Dr. Carlo Henrado is taking my face off on Friday," Glanville told fans during the Oct. 22 episode of her ‘Brandi Glanville Unfiltered’ podcast, "and going to do an exploratory surgery to kind of do a power wash under my skin." The physician already has his suspicions as the 53-year-old explained that he pointed to two spots beneath her skin that could be "fungal balls or something alive." Glanville—who has long suspected a parasite is to blame for her health problems—agreed, stating, "I think it’s alive, personally, because it moves when it wants." What she wants, however, is to be rid of this issue for good, even paying $5,000 out of her own pocket to cover what insurance won’t. In an Oct. 23 post on X, Glanville told followers that she was "time for surgery," and adding that she was "nervous."
