Türkiye is bringing regional powers and major European countries to the same table in Istanbul, as conflicts across the Middle East and Europe threaten regional stability. Foreign ministers from eight countries are meeting for the first time under a new diplomatic format, aimed at co-ordinating efforts on some of the world’s most pressing crises.
