A rescue operation is under way off the coast of Romania in the Black Sea after a drone attack sank a Comoros flagged cargo ship on Friday. Romanian President Nicusor Dan has blamed Russia. So far, a crew member has died, and three others remain missing. Matilda Mothoatlhaga reports.
