Standing along the main street of ancient biblical Corinth—the Lechaion Road—right beside the Macellum, or ancient meat market, this class offers a profound window into living for Christ. In 1 Corinthians 10, Paul addressed how believers should navigate questionable cultural practices, such as eating meat offered to idols, without causing offense to others.
From that daily market context emerged a timeless principle that echoes across centuries: "Whether therefore you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God".
The life-transforming impact of this course rests in discovering how God uses the ordinary details of daily life to shape your spiritual walk. Through this study set in the heart of Acts 18 Corinth, you learn that even the smallest decisions—like what you eat or drink—can be intentionally consecrated to glorify God.
The central motivation driving this transformation is the anticipation of Christ’s evaluation at the Judgment Seat. Rather than living for temporary pursuits, this class equips you to live every moment with eternity in view, aligning your daily conduct, choices, and heart desire for the day you are evaluated by Christ.
By stepping into the historical setting where Paul proclaimed this essential message, God uses His Word to shift your focus to His glory. You will leave equipped to honor Him in every aspect of your life, big or small.
