Russia has reportedly resumed attacks on Ukraine’s Kherson region, after a six-day ceasefire came to an end. The truce was the longest in the war to date, but Russia has ruled out extending or expanding it to other areas. It comes as both Ukraine and Russia say they were hit by cyber-attacks which targeted their emergency warning applications. Pinar Nisasta reports.
