Ahead of the findings of the Infected Blood Inquiry, one family say they are hoping for closure after "years of cover-ups and lies".
Peter Lloyd, who was a chief technician in the RAF, developed bowel and liver cancer after being given contaminated blood in a transfusion in 1985.
