New video shows Southern California coastline clear of smoke from Palisades Fire

As winds remained relatively calm on Sunday morning, ABC News’ Los Angeles station KABC’s helicopter was able to get its first look at the destruction along the Pacific Coast Highway without a layer of smoke from the Palisades Fire.
