A British-Israel hostage who lost two fingers after being shot in the hand is in "much better condition than expected", a family friend has told Sky News.
Emily Damari was one of three hostages freed by Hamas on Sunday as part of a ceasefire deal with Israel.
She was taken from her home at Kfar Aza kibbutz, two miles from the Gaza border, on 7 October and was shot in the hand during the abduction.
Family friend Emily Cohen said physically, she seems to be "okay".
