US President Donald Trump is set to speak to Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, in their first phone call following US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia last week. The two leaders are expected to discuss the ceasefire proposal that came out of those talks. Priyanka Navani reports.
