Disgraced attorney Tom Girardi, estranged husband of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Erika Jayne, will serve 87 months in prison after being convinced to stealing millions of dollars in client settlement funds. The judge sentenced Girardi to incarceration, despite his attorneys’ ask to serve his sentence in a memory care unit, as the 86-year-old is living with dementia.
