Satellite images show the demolition of the east wing of the White House in Washington DC, following a planned ballroom project by the Trump administration.
The images show the east wing reduced to rubble, despite President Trump previously promising that the project would not affect the existing US landmark.
The cost for the 8,000+m² addition has risen from Trump’s original estimate of $200 million to $300 million.
