Nigeria has responded to a spiralling security crisis by ordering the immediate hiring of 20,000 new police officers. The West African nation has spent nearly two decades struggling to contain attacks and mass kidnappings by terror groups and armed gangs. Just last month, armed groups abducted more than 350 people in raids that targeted two schools and a church. Timothy Obiezu reports from Abuja.
