Two window cleaners were left dangling 15 stories above the ground after their scaffold malfunctioned on the Intelsat building in Tysons, Virginia, prompting a dramatic rescue on December 4. Footage from Fairfax County Fire and Rescue shows crews climbing the high-rise with ropes and using a tower ladder to reach the tilted platform. Officials said their technical rescue team safely freed both workers with no injuries.
