Top trial lawyer, Barry Pollack, is going to be defending Nicolas Maduro as his legal case advances, He’ll be going up before 92-year-old Judge Alvin Hellerstein. Maduro has pleaded not guilty to narcotics charges, at an initial arraignment on January 5. His next court date is set for March 17th, and the case is expected to go to trial.
