Over a month after the Food Network star tore his quadricep muscle falling down the stairs—which required emergency surgery to repair—he offered a promising update on his health. “I’m doing better,” Guy, 57, told People in an interview published Jan. 14. “I’m a big CrossFit and hiking guy, so eight weeks of no hiking has driven me kind of crazy. But I’m looking forward to it, trying to take it easy.” Indeed, the ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’ host—who shares kids Hunter, 29, and Ryder, 18, with wife Lori Fieri—has been on the mend since the November accident.
