A protester was arrested after replacing Iran’s national flag with the pre-1979 Lion and Sun flag at the country’s embassy in London during protests on the night of January 16.
Thirteen others were also arrested and four people were hospitalised after police clashed with demonstrators outside the embassy. Local sources have not confirmed whether those taken to hospital were police officers or protesters.
